Privacy Policy

BeeSerp ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered toolkit for Etsy sellers operated by AKZ Marketing LLC. The service is available at beeserp.com. For privacy questions:support@beeserp.com.

Account data — your name, email address, and hashed password when you sign up. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from Google.

Usage data — which tools you use and how many AI generations you have consumed, used solely to enforce plan limits and improve the product.

Payment data — billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID reference. We never see or store your card number, CVV, or bank details.

Etsy shop data — fetched live from Etsy's API on demand only. We do not store your listings, sales figures, revenue, orders, or customer data. See Section 3 for full details.

Technical / security data — IP address (used for abuse prevention and rate limiting), browser type, and referring URL. This is standard web server log data.

BeeSerp connects to Etsy's official API under Etsy's Developer Terms of Service. Some tools (Shop Audit, Competitor Spy, Stats Analyser) read Etsy listing or shop data on your behalf. Here is exactly how that works:

• Data is fetched only when you click a button that explicitly requests it.
• It is processed in memory on our servers to generate your result.
• It is not saved to any database — not yours, not ours.
• It is not used to train AI models.
• It is not shared with any third party.
• It is not used for advertising or profiling.

You can revoke BeeSerp's Etsy access at any time: Etsy account → Settings → Apps & Connections → Revoke.

• To provide and operate the BeeSerp service.
• To enforce usage plan limits (AI generation count).
• To send account emails: email confirmation, password reset, billing receipts.
• To send product tips and updates — you can unsubscribe any time.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and spam signups.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

We use the following trusted services to operate BeeSerp. Each is bound by a Data Processing Agreement:

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics. No cookie consent banner is required because we only use strictly necessary cookies.

Your account data is kept for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Stripe may retain payment records for their own legal and tax compliance obligations.

Depending on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have the right to:

• Access a copy of your personal data.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. We support two-factor authentication (TOTP) for additional account security. Our database uses row-level security so each user can only access their own data. Production system access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

BeeSerp is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of BeeSerp after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
